RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE
Swivel Slide is happy to replace any goods that are confirmed faulty.
If there are any issues at all with the Swivel Slide's size, performance or condition when it is received, Swivel Slide must be notified within 3 days upon receipt of product. Shipping for exchanges will be at the customer's expense. All exchanges or faulty product not reported within 3 days of receipt are subject to a $6 service fee and replacement shipping charges.
A $6.00 service fee applies to all size exchanges. Swivel Slide must receive products for exchanges to be considered. Registered delivery options are recommended and are at the senders' expense. Contact email@example.com for return mailing instructions or assistance.
Orders of the wrong size are non-refundable. Exchange only
